October 31, 2007 - Rcadia Medical Imaging Ltd. announced the first installation of its COR Analyzer at St. James Healthcare in Butte, MT, reportedly allowing the hospital to perform automatic segmentation and tracking of the coronary artery tree for Coronary CT angiogram (CTA) procedures without human intervention.

Fujifilm Medical Systems USA will feature its digital mammography system, Fuji Computed Radiography for Mammography (FCRm), at RSNA 2007.

October 31, 2007 - Matrox Graphics Inc. recently announced that S-CAPE, a provider of medical imaging viewing systems, has chosen the company for the integration of multiconsole monitor systems for the OR, bundling Matrox Equinox graphics extension units with its image viewers.

Housed in a hygienic casing, S-CAPE's image viewer reportedly allows medical imaging professionals to view patient images within an operating room without compromising safety or viewing flexibility.

October 30, 2007 - Bracco Diagnostics, the subsidiary of contrast media developer Bracco Imaging, will acquire E-Z-EM at $21 a share for an estimated total of $241 million.
