According to a press statement released by the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM), the organization has made the difficult, but necessary and responsible decision, to cancel its in-person 2020 Annual Meeting in Austin, TX. This decision was based on continued travel restrictions issued by SIIM's member medical institutions and corporate partners, as well as the desire to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
