The PEM Flex Solo II from Naviscan PET Systems is an organ specific, high-resolution PET scanner for breast cancer detection using positron emission mammography (PEM).

The MRS Mammography Reporting System is a flexible, customizable system designed to improve operational efficiency at breast imaging centers and departments and serve as an aid for meeting Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) requirements. Version 6.6 of the system features One-Touch Negative reporting, which is designed to save time and syncs the digital workstations with the network running the system application.

With the paperless solution, the patient enters her breast history and the information is automatically entered into her MagView electronic chart. November 1, 2007 - Siemens said today it is acquiring U.S.-based laboratory diagnostics company Dade Behring and hopes to close the transaction by Nov. 6.

Siemens is purchasing about 94 percent of the outstanding common stock of Dade Behring. After closing, Siemens officials said Dade Behring will be integrated in the existing business of Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc.
