June 28, 2011 — Royal Philips Electronics announced that it has acquired AllParts Medical, a privately owned, U.S.-based provider of imaging equipment parts and training. The acquisition supports Philips’ commitment to provide the imaging market with high-quality service parts, training programs and technical support.
