The new Kodak DRYVIEW 5800 Laser Imager is designed for radiology departments, imaging centers and small clinics and dedicated modality printing, and delivers up to 75 radiographic films per hour with a time to first print of 80 seconds for 35-by-43-cm film.

The new 3MP (CCL354i2) and 2MP (CCL254i2) color LCDs built for mammography have a maximum luminance of 800cd/m (3MP) and 950cd/m, respectively, and reportedly reproduce accurately monochrome images with the same quality as monochrome LCDs.

Fujifilm’s Computed Radiography for Mammography (FCRm) system can now be used with FDA-cleared iCAD Inc.’s SecondLook Digital Computer-Aided Detection (CAD) solution for mammography.
