March 2, 2026 — RadNet, Inc. has acquired Gleamer SAS, a radiology AI company based in Paris, France. Gleamer will be integrated into DeepHealth, RadNet’s wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition further expands DeepHealth’s AI-powered health informatics solutions and services, making it the largest provider of radiology clinical AI solutions worldwide.1
