September 7, 2007 — Sunnex Inc. has donated medical lighting to “Friends of the Children” who will leave for Haiti on a two-week mission to the mountain community of LaMontagne.

The team of 12 volunteers will provide medical and dental care to approximately 2,400 people. The care will range from treating childhood illnesses and malnutrition to traumatic injuries and life-saving surgical procedures. There is no other care available within a 3 hours walk. Sunnex medical lighting will improve lighting during dental and surgical procedures.
