July 9, 2008 - The new Visions for Cancer Recovery DVD was created by a Minneapolis nurse and two-time cancer survivor and is intended to provide patients with 20 minutes of rest, relaxation and visualization, as well as a sense of hope and empowerment.

The most powerful aspect of the DVD is visualization of “apoptosis,” the rarely viewed process in which the body's healthy cells attack cancer cells, said the DVD’s creator, Mary Hallman.

July 9, 2008 - InnerSpace has added the V-Series line of heavy-duty cabinets, carts and workstations to its organized storage solutions product offering.

V-Series high density storage products reportedly allow for more storage in less space due to partitioned, full-extension drawers. July 8, 2008 – The FDA approved Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals’s EOVIST (Gadoxetate Disodium) Injection, a gadolinium-based contrast agent, for intravenous use in T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the liver to detect and characterize lesions in adults with known or suspected focal liver disease.

July 8, 2008 – Konica Minolta Medical Imaging USA received “Best in KLAS” recognition by KLAS Enterprises LLC, recognizing Konica Minolta’s REGIUS Xpress CR system for its strengths in technology and end-user satisfaction.

Xpress CR received the top score for three of four categories –product/technology indicators, service indicators and success indicators – and tied for first for the fourth category, business indicators. Users gave Konica Minolta high marks for ease of use, easy to interface, speed and reliability. Service and support was also rated excellent.

July 8, 2008 – For the second time in two months, Konica Minolta Medical Imaging USA has received “Best in KLAS” recognition by KLAS Enterprises LLC.

The latest KLAS report on multi-cassette CR, which evaluated five vendors based on customer feedback, gives Konica Minolta’s Xpress CR top honors.
