Densitas Inc. announced it has received 13485:2003 certification from the International Standards Organization (ISO). Densitas is an early stage start-up company that develops software for use in the digital mammography enterprise.

ClearDATA announced the close of an over-subscribed $25 million Series C funding round with contributions from Heritage Group, HLM Venture Partners and Flare Capital Partners.
