Siemens Completes Acquisition of Dade Behring

November 8, 2007 - Siemens has successfully completed the acquisition of Dade Behring Holdings Inc., now allowing the company to offer its customers a comprehensive healthcare solutions' portfolio which reportedly brings together the entire medical imaging, laboratory diagnostics and clinical information technology (IT) value chain under one roof.

Siemens (Berlin and Munich) has around 475,000 employees (including discontinued operations) working to develop and manufacture products, design and install complex systems and projects, and tailor a wide range of services for individual requirements, according to the company.
