SenoRx’s EnCor Breast Biopsy System is the first three-in-one ultrasound, stereo and MRI vacuum assisted breast biopsy device. EnCor is designed for speed and efficiency in routine cases with advanced programmability for challenging cases.
The specially designed EnCor MRI driver is compatible with the EnCor breast biopsy system and simplifies the overall MRI biopsy procedure. Designed to replace disposable MRI biopsy probes, the Encor ensures easy placement either through the grid or through pillar/post systems.
SenoMark UltraCor for MRI is designed to be placed through the obturator cannula following an EnCor MRI vacuum-assisted biopsy procedure to mark the biopsy cavity. Alternatively, when combined with its own unique introducer set, the SenoMark UltraCor MRI can be used to independently mark suspicious lesions in an MRI setting. Introducing the clip applicator into the cannula with the adapter in place allows the applicator to be locked into place at the appropriate depth without counting lines from the handle using the EnCor MRI cannula. SenoMark deploys ultrasound visible pads, which allow you to mark the lesion in the MRI suite and then easily target it at a later time using ultrasound or stereo in the procedure suite.
