November 2, 2009 - Xoft, Inc., developer of the Axxent Electronic Brachytherapy, eBx System, which delivers non-radioactive, electronic therapy directly to cancer sites with minimal radiation exposure to surrounding healthy tissue, is showcasing its growing suite of oncology treatment technologies here at the 51st American Society for Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) Meeting, November 1-5.

August 3, 2009 – Xoft Inc. said it has expanded the treatment capabilities of the Axxent Electronic Brachytherapy, eBx, System with the launch of a multicenter skin cancer trial to further prove the safety and feasibility for the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers at the 51st Annual American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) Meeting.

March 5, 2009 – Xoft Inc. received clearance from the FDA for a skin and surface treatment applicator for use with the Axxent Electronic Brachytherapy (eBx) System to deliver surface brachytherapy, including intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT).
