Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT)

Image guided radiation therapy (IGRT) includes using imaging during radiation therapy to direct and improve the precision and accuracy of the radiation treatment plan.

Tomotherapy delivers helical IMRT technology uses a rotating, narrow fan beam of X-rays, where the source moves in a continuous 360-degree pattern around the patient.
