Cardiovascular Ultrasound

This channel includes news and new technology innovations about cardiovascular ultrasounds. Cardiovascular ultrasounds, or echocardiograms, use ultrasound imaging to provide a picture of the heart.

The TeraRecon time-volume analysis software shows myocardial perfusion in CT datasets. The color-coded myocardium shows areas of high and low contrast, similar to radiotracer PET and SPECT perfusion imaging.
