ProHance is a macrocyclic, nonionic, gadolinium-based magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent designed for use in MRI in adults and children over two years of age to visualize lesions with abnormal vascularity in the brain (intracranial lesions), spine and associated tissues.
