June 6, 2008 – e-MD’s electronic health record (EMR) solution, Solution Series, is the best EMR solution, according to the results of a yearlong survey conducted by the American College of Physicians (ACP).
Solution Series received “by far” the highest scores on the survey and was the only EHR to achieve a three-star overall rating, said e-MD.
Over 1,300 ACP members were surveyed. The results have been made available to ACP members and participating vendors.
According to e-MD, it scored as high or higher than any other vendor in every category, including ease of use,
functionality, negotiation/contracting, go-live, implementation/installation, implementation/configuration,
implementation/testing, training, maintenance and interfaces.
