June 21, 2007 - Parker Laboratories, a manufacturer of electromedical contact media, announced its acquisition of the Innova Corp., a company specializing in the manufacture of custom-designed, flexible disposable devices for the medical industry, such as, electromedical, wound care and specialty OEM products.
