June 21, 2007 - Parker Laboratories, a manufacturer of electromedical contact media, announced its acquisition of the Innova Corp., a company specializing in the manufacture of custom-designed, flexible disposable devices for the medical industry, such as, electromedical, wound care and specialty OEM products.

“The acquisition of Innova will allow us to transcend what we have accomplished as individual companies and, as a market leader, continually reinforce and reinvent our business,” said Parker Laboratories President Neal Buchalter.
