March 3, 2026 — MedDream will present its cloud-native, AI-ready universal DICOM viewer in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) in-booth theater at HIMSS 2026 in Las Vegas. As one of AWS’s strategic partners featured in this exclusive theater program, MedDream will showcase how its scalable solution, built on AWS HealthImaging, enables high-performance image streaming, multi-specialty support, and seamless integration of AI-driven workflows for modern healthcare organizations, medical software vendors and OEMs.

HIMSS is one of the world’s largest healthcare technology conferences, bringing together approximately 35,000 healthcare and digital health leaders from approximately 70 countries. It will take place March 9–12, 2026, in Las Vegas.

The AWS in-booth theater is a joint marketing initiative highlighting strategic partners whose solutions are aligned with AWS architecture and best practices. MedDream’s participation reflects its close collaboration with AWS and its commitment to delivering cloud-based imaging solutions for healthcare enterprises.

Universal AI Ready Viewer

MedDream’s presentation will demonstrate its cloud-native, scalable universal web DICOM viewer developed in close collaboration with the AWS HealthImaging team and aligned with AWS best practices.

By leveraging AWS HealthImaging and the HTJ2K transfer syntax, MedDream enables efficient streaming of large imaging datasets, significantly improving viewer responsiveness and overall user experience. The solution provides fast, secure, high-performance web access to imaging studies across healthcare enterprises.

Supporting Multiple Workflows

The MedDream viewer supports imaging workflows across multiple specialties such as radiology, cardiology, ophthalmology, dental, and orthopedics. “We are proud to continue expanding MedDream’s capabilities with enhanced cloud performance and scalability,” says Tomas Dumbliauskas, CTO of MedDream. “Our universal viewer is designed to support multi-specialty imaging workflows and deliver an AI-ready platform powered by AWS.”

Within AWS HealthImaging environments, the platform visualizes AI-generated outputs such as segmentations, findings, measurements, and structured results. Clinicians can review, validate, and refine AI insights directly within the viewer, enabling collaborative decision-making while maintaining clinical oversight.
