Vision RT Opens London Training Center

April 20, 2015 — Vision RT recently opened its European user training center in its newly expanded headquarters in North London.

The new training center will enable Vision RT to help radiographers and physicists from across Europe and beyond to gain hands-on training with the company’s AlignRT radiotherapy motion management system. The system provides optical guidance for patient positioning during radiation therapy to help clinical users to deliver the required radiation dose safely, efficiently and comfortably to the patient.

At the new training center, Vision RT will employ the first phase of the training program developed at its North American center in Columbia, Maryland. During the entire three-phase program, users will learn how to use AlignRT in an “as-live” environment without interruption as well as participate in additional online learning.
