February 20, 2009 – INFINIT North America will feature its Web-based PACS with advanced 3D visualization software at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR 2009) next month.
The new line of clinical imaging tools using volume rendering and other post-processing techniques for improved visualization, treatment planning and workflow, is pending CE approval and it's expected to gain clearance in March 2009.
INFINITT developed the Xelis line of products as fully-integrated software modules for their web-based PACS. This advanced visualization software is designed for fast data loading and reconstruction of large-volume data sets, while the web-based technology enables access from any Internet-connected or wireless PC.
