January 30, 2009 – Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd (IDC) said it has been awarded a contract to supply 300 units of its proprietary CCD-based DR imaging technology to the China Charity Federation over the next 12 to 18 months.
This is reportedly the single largest OEM contract IDC has been awarded to date. The China Charity Federation (CCF) is a United Way International recognized body and one of the most influential charitable organizations in China.
In the last several years, the CCF has been reportedly actively involved in humanitarian activities that have gained nationwide attention and resulted in great social impact. Its main focuses are providing disaster relief, poverty relief, care of seniors and orphans, education, medical assistance and helping the disabled. This contract is a result on an endeavor of the Sunshine Medical Aid Project, organized by the CCF.
