Definium Family Offers Broad Range of Configurations

The Definium 8000 is available in a broad range of configurations, from a single wall stand to a full comprehensive radiographic room. The foundation of the Definium’s imaging capabilities is GE’s flat panel digital detector, which was designed to provide image quality and efficiency in order to address all X-ray imaging requirements, according to the company.

GE’s Definium 5000 is a floor-mounted, digital radiographic system, providing image quality, image processing and user interface, reportedly making the system easy to use and reliable while providing high quality digital radiographic images. It incorporates digital flat panel detector technology along with a U-arm that can fit into smaller rooms without the need of ceiling support structures.

The Definium AMX 700 digital X-ray system provides an integrated digital solution designed to meet the demanding needs of imaging professionals: a large active image area for variety of patients, as well as a user interface designed for the mobile workflow that offers commonality with other GE digital products to ensure smooth initialization.
