AiMed is excited to announce its collaboration with the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) for an executive education program hosted at the AiMed Global Summit in San Diego later this year

January 27, 2023 —  AiMed is excited to announce its collaboration with the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) for an executive education program hosted at the AiMed Global Summit in San Diego later this year.

CHIME is the professional organization for Chief Information Officers and other senior healthcare IT leaders across the digital health ecosystem. Both AiMed and CHIME share a common mission of transforming health and care—one connection at a time. AiMed is defining the future of AI in medicine and healthcare. Their focus is on engaging executive-level leaders, or those with equivalent qualifications and interests, and providing immersive educational opportunities, like the Innovation in Clinical Informatics program being developed by CHIME, which will run June 4-5, 2023.

“This focused program collaboration with CHIME signifies the attention that healthcare organizations are now putting on smart health technologies,” said Freddy White, CEO and co-founder of AiMed. “Healthcare is at a breaking point, and digital health leaders are hungry for solutions to solve some of the challenges they face. By combining the expertise and energy at CHIME with the spirit of innovation at AiMed, this collaboration has the vision to help improve patient outcomes and enhance the efficiency of healthcare ecosystems.”

“CHIME’s Innovation in Clinical Informatics Summit is in perfect alignment with AiMed’s Global Summit,” said George Reynolds, MD, MMM, FAAP, CPHIMS, CHCIO, Clinical Informatics Executive Advisor at CHIME. “Using a series of highly interactive “fishbowl” discussion panels and a group of stellar thought leaders, we will explore innovations that drive patient engagement, enhance workflows and outcomes, and restore joy to those providing health care. Our focus isn’t necessarily the next bright, shiny object, but rather real-world solutions that people can use to make a real difference in their organizations.”

“The future of health and care that we envision over the next 30 years will be a world apart from what we have now,” said CHIME President and CEO, Russ Branzell. Driven by emerging technology, we should expect that digital innovation—enabled by fully interoperable data, artificial intelligence, and open, secure platforms—will drive much of this change. As our members continue to lead these transformation initiatives, we must lean into the increased support that new digital solutions provide, to take an innovative approach to whole-person care.”

The clear alignment of objectives and values between AiMed and CHIME, and in particular the desire to significantly propel the adoption of AI in healthcare, make for an inspiring collaboration. Innovators, leaders, and health transformers are invited to learn more and be part of changing healthcare one connection at a time by visiting the Global Summit partners page.
