The April 2012 issue of Imaging Technology News (ITN) is one of four finalists for Best Single Issue of a Tabloid/Newspaper

ITN magazine

Imaging Technology News (ITN) has been honored by ABM, the association of business information and media companies, as a finalist in the 59th Annual Jesse H. Neal Awards competition for editorial excellence—the competition is recognized as the “Pulitzer Prize of the business Press.” The April 2012 issue of ITN is one of four finalists for Best Single Issue of a Tabloid/Newspaper. ITN is the leading technology and news resource for nearly 35,000 healthcare professionals in radiology, radiation oncology, women’s health and nuclear medicine.

"The ITN team has worked diligently on a complete brand redesign, including a much-improved editorial product. We are truly honored that ABM has selected ITN as a Jesse H. Neal Awards finalist," said Sean Reilly, ITN's publisher.

ITN is one of 184 finalists overall selected by a distinguished board of judges. The judging panel, chaired by Diana Henriques of the New York Times, selected the finalists from an original pool of 640 entries. The winners will be announced on March 12 during ABM’s annual Neal Awards ceremony at Pier Sixty in New York City.

Paying tribute to the Neal Award finalists, ABM President & CEO Clark Pettit said, “We at ABM are so proud to honor these journalists and editors. Their expertise, ability to push progress across existing and new channels, and successful track records of informing the industry on important issues place them at the forefront of their fields.”
