The MarkeTech Group (TMTG) conducted a poll of its imagePRO opt-in panel of over 600 U.S.-hospital based imaging administrative directors and managers. Manuel Andrade, TMTG’s research analyst, made the analysis.

In the next year, do you anticipate purchasing any of the following types of capital equipment for diagnostic breast imaging?

A: Of the 61% who intend to purchase diagnostic breast imaging equipment in the next year, the majority intend to purchase full-field mammography systems.
