September 1, 2011 — Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital (HKSH) has selected GE Healthcare’s tri-modality imaging system, which may potentially enhance the ability of physicians to manage certain diseases. The system includes positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

September 1, 2011 — Three Palm Software, Totoku and U.S. Electronics announced they have signed a partnership agreement to develop a package of Totoku MS31i2 monitors with the WorkstationOne software from Three Palm. The monitors are capable of 9-megapixel (MP) resolution when driven by software that implements the independent sub-pixel drive (ISD) mechanism. WorkstationOne will provide this capability.
