Accurate estimation of radiation absorbed dose in radioimmunotherapy (RIT) based on state-of-the-art 3-D imaging could lead to more personalized and effective treatments to improve non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) patients’ chances of living longer without progression of their cancer, said researchers at the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging’s 2013 Annual Meeting.
