The Association for Medical Imaging Management’s (AHRA) 2023 Annual Meeting and Exposition wraps up tomorrow, July 12, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, bringing to a close the association’s year-long 50th anniversary celebration.

The Closing Business Lunch and Keynote will feature Escape the Type A Trap: Key Mindset Shifts to Beat Burnout and Sustain Peak Performance with Erin Stafford.

Stafford is described as a multi-faceted, marketing jack-of-all-trades. Her career has stretched from Paris and London to LA and San Diego. Her resume details that as an MTV advertising executive, she’s worked with the world’s biggest brands including Apple, Nike, Coke and American Express, and as the head of marketing for the biggest healthcare staffing company in the country, she led marketing for the largest deployment of healthcare personnel in history while helping to grow the company by 9x in two years.

Stafford’s keynote on burnout affects more than just frontline providers. Millions of people from all industries and walks of life endured prolonged trauma responding to and living through the pandemic. This trauma leads to burnout, the Great Resignation and a whole host of other physical and mental health issues. In her presentation, she will share five practical and easy-to-implement mindset shifts coupled with her unique and inspiring message lead to real, measurable outcomes.
