NDS Surgical Imaging Acquires Dome Imaging

August 7, 2008 — NDS Surgical Imaging (“NDSsi”) said it has acquired Dome Imaging Systems, the medical business unit of Planar Systems Inc.

Dome manufactures medical display products for diagnostic imaging and patient care applications. Dome’s customers include global Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) OEM suppliers and medical IT resellers to healthcare providers.
