July 25, 2008 – Intellirad’s Voyager PACS was recently installed at Greenslopes hospital in Brisbane, Australia replacing a large international brand PACS.
The Voyager PACS configuration included PACS Archive, Web server, diagnostic workstations (including Mammography reporting), administration stations, document scanning stations, CD/DVD burning stations, DICOM modality worklist, custom desktop RIS integration and Voyager data migration as a background task.
In addition to this, the Voyager Data Redundant Mirrored system was implemented that ensures data redundancy and hot spare availability in the event of a failure.
