Aquasonic 100 is a widely used gel for diagnostic and therapeutic medical ultrasound. It is suitable for all procedures where a viscous gel is required. It is acoustically correct for a broad range of frequencies, is completely aqueous and will not stain clothing or damage transducers.
Its formula is hypoallergenic, bacteriostatic, nonsensitizing and nonirritating. It contains no formaldehyde and is not a spermicide.
Aquasonic 100 also comes in single use packets. They are 20 grams of just the right amount of nonsterile gel, which reduces product waste and eliminates the risk of cross contamination. These are packaged 100 per dispenser box.
