Toshiba recently received FDA 510(k) clearance for its new EXCELART Vantage powered by Atlas 1.5T MRI system, designed to improve patient comfort and enhance workflow.
The complete redesign of the system features 128 elements engineered to meet clinical demands and an optional 205-cm acquisition range allows for high-resolution images for feet-first imaging of the entire body. The new design includes an integrated coil concept for performing multiple exams without repositioning the patient and provides reportedly faster imaging times and quick rendering.
Toshiba’s Pianissimo technology reduces noise with a short magnet and high homogeneity specifications.
