SourceCorp Introduces New Image Storage Service at RSNA 2011

October 4, 2011 — SourceCorp will introduce a new managed medical image storage services at RSNA 2011. The company’s new multi-tiered, vendor neutral storage solution stores all data in multiple ultra-secure Tier IV data centers in geographically dispersed locations.

Users can customize an immediate solution or phase in offerings over time to meet their needs and budget, while minimizing or eliminating hardware capital expense, maintenance and technological obsolescence. Complementing this, the company also offers data cleansing and normalization as well as data migration and image sharing. Sophisticated lifecycle management can shift aging data to economical storage media or simply eliminate it according to a site’s retention policies.

SourceCorp’s data centers protect files against any disaster, whether natural or manmade, with redundant power, water and specialized fire abatement systems. Data will be sent to another storage point instantaneously as needed to keep. All data is stored in the strictest HIPAA and HITECH compliance.
