SecondLook Digital Created for Mammography Facilities

The SecondLook Digital CAD by iCAD is designed for digital-based mammography facilities to assist in the early detection of cancer. Based on an open-system architecture that offers a best-in-class CAD solution, SecondLook Digital is reportedly optimized for leading digital mammography systems including GE Healthcare, Siemens Medical Systems, FujiFilm Medical Systems, Hologic, IMS Giotto and Agfa Healthcare.

SecondLook Digital is optimized for leading digital mammography systems, including: GE Healthcare, FujiFilm Medical Systems, Siemens Medical Solutions, Agfa HealthCare Direct Mammography Solutions, Hologic and IMS Giotto.

SecondLook Digital also enables optimal workflow in high-, medium- and low-volume clinics and facilities reading studies locally or remotely.

The SecondLook algorithms detect up to 72 percent of actionable missed Cancers, an average of 15 months earlier than screening mammography alone. Potential cancers are identified using patented artificial intelligence and pattern recognition technology to analyze images and identify patterns. Sophisticated mathematical analysis identifies and marks suspicious areas reportedly without obscuring the underlying image, enabling faster, more accurate reading.
