May 12, 2014 — RamSoft announced the launch of RamSoft Communities, an online, self-service portal designed to engage RamSoft customers. Communities will allow end users and RamSoft employees to engage, empower and collaborate with each other through a real-time feature built into the community.
RamSoft Communities will also allow end users to interact and collaborate with each other. They will be able to participate in RamSoft-led focus groups based on their professional roles, which will aid RamSoft in driving new developments and enhancements for their radiology software solutions.
According to Marilyn Solano, director of sales and marketing for RamSoft, collaboration is key for strong relationships with customers and superior customer service. “We have consistently ranked very high on customer support, but there is always room for improvement in other areas. We decided to launch communities so customers can voice their opinions and know that they are part of something bigger,” said Solano. “We’re very excited about this launch and hope that our customers make use of all the new tools we’ve added.”
