diagnostic X-ray meters

November 20, 2012 - Radcal Corporation announces today that they will launch their “Family” of diagnostic X-ray meters at this year’s RSNA in Chicago. Making up this Family is the foundation meter, the Accu-Gold, and the newly designed solid state only meter, the Rapid-Gold for both Diagnostic and Mammography measurements.

Radcal announces the official launch of our new Family of “Gold” Standard meters at this year’s RSNA meeting. The Accu-Gold, which was launched in 2011, is a multi-channel digitizer that processes the input from both solid state sensor as well as ion chambers individually or simultaneously for all modalities and parameters. Present Radcal users of ion chambers can use their own chambers for cost savings and add accessories such as mAs and light meters to the Accu-Gold system.

Rounding out the Family is the Rapid-Gold series of meters. Utilizing the same digitizer technology, the Rapid-Gold is a solid state only system with the capability of adding mA and mAs sensors. The Rapid-Gold series is offered in four (4) versions for both diagnostic and mammographic measurements. Utilizing the laptop for data accumulation and processing makes this Family of Gold Standard meters Powerful, Productive and Price competitive.
