Mike Peresie appointed president of the technology and AI services division of Radiology Partners. Peresie will join the Mosaic team onsite during RSNA 2025.

Mosaic Clinical Technologies Names New President

Nov. 28, 2025 — Mosaic Clinical Technologies, the technology and AI services division of Radiology Partners, has appointed Mike Peresie as president of Mosaic. Peresie joins Mosaic with more than two decades of experience leading high-growth innovation portfolios and scaled software, network and data businesses. 

“Mike is an outstanding leader with an impressive track record of value creation,” said Rich Whitney, CEO of Mosaic and RP. “His experience building high-performing teams and scaling mission-critical technology businesses makes him the right leader to accelerate Mosaic’s growth and drive unique value to patients and Mosaic’s health system customers alike.”

Most recently, Peresie served as chief innovation officer at Optum Insight, where he led an AI-first innovation portfolio designed to transform critical parts of the U.S. healthcare system. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Optum’s Software, Network and Data business. During his tenure, he drove enterprise innovation, strengthened operational performance and built high performing business and technology teams. 

Peresie will oversee the MosaicOS platform development, product strategy, operations, customer success, regulatory, AI innovation, marketing, go-to-market and strategic growth across Mosaic’s suite of solutions. He will play a central role in accelerating Mosaic’s technology and AI roadmap and expanding its impact across hospitals and health systems nationwide.
