Kodak will show enhancements to a dosimetry package for the 2000RT CR plus system for radiation oncology. This optional feature allows physicists to perform a range of beam and IMRT QA procedures along with the 2000RT’s ability to capture portal localization, verification and simulation images.
The 2000RT features communications capabilities that can be useful for treatment facilities that need to integrate treatment images with existing information systems. With DICOM RT Support, facilities can interface QA, portal, verification and simulation images with DICOM-compatible treatment planning, image management, QA systems, PACS and/or digital archives.
