January 9, 2008 - InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. launched its new brand name, Insight Imaging to better reflects its day-to-day operations.

The 22 fixed-site centers in California, 10 fixed-site centers in Arizona and two fixed-site centers in Nevada have transitioned to the new Insight Imaging brand, and the company intends to complete its Insight Imaging rebranding initiative by mid-2008. The company has also relaunched its Web site to aid in generating additional awareness of Insight Imaging.

The company, headquartered in Lake Forest, CA., is a nationwide provider of diagnostic imaging services. It serves managed care entities, hospitals and other contractual customers in over 30 states, including the following targeted core markets: California, Arizona, New England, the Carolinas, Florida and the Mid-Atlantic states. As of Sept.30, 2007, the company's network consists of 99 fixed-site centers and 108 mobile facilities.
