Online MRI and CT education leader, ImagingU, announced the launch of a new course for students and technologists which includes access to MRI simulation through ScanLabMR

April 10, 2024 — Online MRI and CT education leader, ImagingU, announced the launch of a new course for students and technologists which includes access to MRI simulation through ScanLabMR, ImagingU’s sister company.

The groundbreaking course is the first-of-its-kind in the industry, providing participants with one-year access to ImagingU’s Post-Primary Pathway Certification online course, access to ScanLabMR MRI simulation for six months, a guided syllabus, and 2-4 office hours per week with a designated instructor.

Not only does this program satisfy the post-primary pathway requirements established by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and prepare students for the MRI registry, but it also gives users unlimited hands-on scanning practice through MRI simulation.

The ImagingU and ScanLabMR program is ideal for students in search of comprehensive MRI education or professionals hoping to cross-train into MRI.

“The ImagingU and ScanLabMR cohort gives students the freedom to learn and develop their skills at a pace that’s right for them while also providing expert guidance to make sure they’re understanding and retaining all of that important information,” said Matthew Hayes, President and Creator of ScanLabMR and ImagingU. “We’re confident that the launch of this cohort will bring more knowledgeable, well-educated MRI technologists into the industry, ultimately helping improve patient care.”

Applications are due April 19, 2024 for a cohort start date of May 1, 2024.
