Clear Image New Ultrasound Exam Steps

October 10, 2014 — Patients seeking treatment for varicose veins continues to rise, so there is an increasing demand for a step platform to perform the standing venous insufficiency studies. Clear Image Devices LLC has released a new set of ultrasound exam step platform to meet this patient positioning need.

The Ultrasound Exam Step enables sonographers to place a patient in the optimal position for safe and easy capture of the highest quality venous images of the upper and lower leg. Two handrails ensure a stable and safe platform, for positioning patients at the ideal working level for the sonographer’s comfort. The Ultrasound Exam Step is easy to maneuver in small exam rooms, with built-in rollers and sliding feet. The stand’s weight capacity is 450 lbs.
