January 30, 2014 — MD Buyline’s Market Intelligence Briefing recognized Carestream’s DRX Systems for the fourth quarter of 2013.
 
Carestream’s wireless DRX detectors are “the core products that live in portable, fixed and standalone X-ray units in a retrofit capacity or integrated with new systems,” according to the report. 
 
Carestream was the highest ranked company for both service response time and service repair quality. Healthcare providers also gave Carestream high marks for installation and applications training.
 
The MD Buyline report includes user ratings in the following categories: system performance, reliability, installation/implementation, applications training, service response times and service repair quality.
