CADstream Aims to Improve Analysis and Interpretation of Liver MRI Studies


CADstream solutions provide fast, easy and reliable analysis and interpretation of breast and prostate MRI studies. At RSNA, Merge Healthcare will show works-in-progress for its newest CADstream application designed specifically for liver MRI studies.

MRI is a vital imaging tool for the evaluation, assessment and management of the liver. CADstream’s liver application features include automated 3D image registration, segmentation (including whole organ, Couinaud-segments and lesion segmentation), kinetic and diffusion-weighted imaging analysis, patient monitoring comparisons and reporting. With CADstream, clinicians have a solution to automate analysis and standardize interpretation, ultimately achieving higher quality imaging studies, lower costs for radiology practices and improved communication for physicians and patients. Merge CAD will also showcase the latest in CADstream’s breast and prostate applications at RSNA 2009.
