Bionix Offers SBRT Patient Positioning Solution

October 8, 2009 - October 8th, 2009 - Bionix Radiation Therapy offers three new positioning products, including a full body positioning device for Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT).

The Omni V SBRT Positioning System takes into account respiratory motion and patient comfort while using minimal components to keep limited facility space free of clutter. This will be the first system available on the market that will allow facilities to purchase the components ‘as needed’ versus ‘all or nothing’ and will not require a special couch top or overlay to begin using.

In addition to the Omni V, a new reinforced thermoplastic style will be available and extremity positioning challenges will be answered. Other products with new features will be our pink colored Prone Breast System, the Pelvis Belly PLUS, and the VersaCushion.
