Candescent Health recently announced that Ohio’s Wooster Community Hospital has selected its RadPerform service to help unburden its radiology team of excess cost and time-consuming tasks. As part of the technology-enabled service, the department will also get a cloud-based picture archiving and communication system (PACS) to help eliminate major capital expenses.
Cleveland Clinic and Candescent Health have formed a multi-year partnership with a goal to improve healthcare value through defined quality standards, enhanced workflow processes and the creation of an efficient, nationwide cloud-based radiology network.
Candescent Health launched a software-enabled service that will allow radiologists to optimize clinical performance, increase efficiencies and deliver the most efficient and effective quality of care. Candescent was born out of 10 years of experience managing a radiology practice that achieved quality and efficiency metrics well above all industry standards. The Candescent team is now applying their expertise and technology to enable additional radiology groups to significantly optimize their care delivery models.
