The ASRT represents 156,000 members who perform medical imaging procedures or plan and deliver radiation therapy.

ASRT Recognized as Top Workplace

The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), in Albuquerque, N.M., was recently recognized by the Albuquerque Journal as a 2025 Top Workplace in the 35-150 employee category.

ASRT staff completed a confidential employee engagement survey from an independent research company in January 2025. The survey measured various drivers of engaged work cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including culture, environment and benefits/compensation.

“This award is truly a reflection of our incredible staff as their dedication, teamwork and passion are what make this such a special place,” said ASRT CEO and Executive Director Melissa B. Pergola, Ed.D., R.T.(R)(M), FASRT, CAE. “I’m so proud of the positive, supportive culture we’ve built together. This recognition simply confirms what we already know, which is that ASRT is a great place to work because of the amazing people who work here.”

The ASRT represents 156,000 members who perform medical imaging procedures or plan and deliver radiation therapy. The Society’s mission is to advance and elevate the medical imaging and radiation therapy profession and to enhance the quality and safety of patient care.
