October 26, 2022 — CIVCO Radiotherapy, a global provider of radiotherapy solutions, has announced it is joining forces with Qfix, which provides patient positioning and immobilization devices. The announcement was made during the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) 2022 Annual Meeting, held Oct. 23-26, in San Antonio, TX.

“We are excited to combine two great companies,” said CIVCO Radiotherapy CEO Nat Geissel. “By joining together, our patients and providers will benefit from better customer service (sales coverage and customer care), new and improved products in radiotherapy and adjacent markets, and expanded R & D capabilities,” he added. The companies will be releasing additional details in the coming months,  as they work to integrate the two companies to effectively create and improve their customer-focused organization.

“CIVCO Radiotherapy looks forward to benefitting from Qfix’s robust internal manufacturing capabilities to accelerate innovation and deliver improved products, faster, while continuing to provide best-in-class customer care,” Geissel noted.
