Mobius Obtains Permanent Injunction in Settlement with Sun Nuclear

December 24, 2014 — Mobius Medical Systems, LP and Sun Nuclear Corporation announced the settlement of its case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

In October 2013, Mobius Medical Systems, LP filed for an injunction to stop Sun Nuclear Corporation from distributing ImagePro on the grounds of misappropriation of Mobius’s trade secrets, breach of contract and tortious interference. On Dec. 10, 2013, U.S. District Court Judge Melinda Harmon issued a preliminary injunction barring Sun Nuclear from promoting or distributing ImagePro. On Dec. 2, 2014, Judge Harmon approved a permanent injunction against ImagePro as part of the settlement.
