September 19, 2014 — ACR 2015, the all-new annual meeting of the American College of Radiology (ACR), will offer a variety of engaging and interactive clinical education sessions that focus on hot-button topics such as lung cancer screening, breast tomosynthesis and the latest in radiation therapy. Open to ACR members and non-members, ACR 2015 will be held May 17-21, 2015, at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Clinical education sessions at ACR 2015 will include:
- Lung Cancer Screening: From Science to Practice
- New Technology: Digital Breast Tomosynthesis and Proper Reporting – The New BI-RADS Lexicon
- Traumatic Brain Injury Patient: What the Radiologist Needs to Know
- Imaging of Child Abuse: Responsible Action
- Therapeutic Gain from Technologic Advances in Radiation Oncology
Attendees also will have the opportunity to experience the ACR Education Center right at the meeting. A walk-in learning lab will feature more than 40 hours of one-on-one mentoring and proprietary, case-based hands-on experiential learning with top radiology experts.
