Coverage offered to Rayence customers insures for a variety of physical loss or damage

Rayence Instacover Detector Insurance Coverage

September 12, 14 — Rayence Inc. announced that they have partnered with Instacover for insurance coverage for their flat panel detectors. Under the terms of the agreement, Rayence customers can insure new Rayence detectors at the point of purchase or obtain coverage for their existing Rayence detectors.  The insurance plan(s) consists of an “open-peril” policy that covers a variety of physical loss or damage. Accidental drop, theft, vandalism, fire, smoke, fluid damage, power surge, weather and earthquake related occurrences are a partial list of perils that are covered. “Together with the Rayence three-year manufacturer warranty and its extended warranty options, this insurance coverage affords our customers the full protection they desire,” said Leo Park, president of Rayence Inc. “Not only are they insured for the performance of the product, but now we have the means to offer our customers the peace of mind should there be loss or damage to their detectors,” Park added.

The insurance coverage provided is comprised of three or five year term policies and allows for coverage for Rayence detectors whether or not they are under warranty.
